Our crispy beancurd skin rolls are made from fresh soybeans followed with a vital seasoning process using fresh fish. Each roll is handmade using the traditional method inherited through generations with NO added preservatives.

• Our signature Mr. Yellow Bean Prawn Crackers are crafted from a blend of three types of freshly selected prawns, meticulously combined with tapioca flour in our proprietary ratio. The mixture is first slow-baked, then cut into uniform strips and sun-dried for three days. This natural drying process gently removes excess moisture, enhancing the crackers’ unique rich savoury flavor. Finally, they are flash-fried at high temperatures, transforming into golden, airy, and irresistibly crispy bites.
